The Program For Founders The SSI Guide
THE PROGRAM

Questions about the Executive Visibility Program.

How much of my time does this actually take?
+
Most clients invest 30–45 minutes per week — a structured session where we extract your insights, stories, and opinions. You talk, we capture, we write. You review and approve a weekly batch (async, no meetings required). On busy weeks, we draw from previous sessions. Total monthly commitment: roughly 2–3 hours.
Will the posts actually sound like me, or like a ghostwriter?
+
Every post is grounded in your actual words from our weekly sessions — your stories, your language patterns, your opinions, your hot takes. We run a deep voice calibration in week one and continuously refine. Our clients regularly get asked how they find time to write so consistently — not whether they're using help. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
How long before I see real outcomes — not just impressions?
+
Engagement lifts within the first 30 days. Inbound DMs, speaking inquiries, and warm intros typically start in weeks 6–8 as your authority compounds. Measurable pipeline attribution usually appears in months 2–4. We track leading indicators — SSI, profile view quality, inbound DM themes, and repeat engager lists — weekly, so you can see momentum building well before the revenue shows up.
Isn't this just a sales strategy? I don't want to be "that person."
+
This is an engagement strategy, not a sales strategy — and that distinction is exactly what makes it work. The 80/20 rule governs everything: 80% of your content adds genuine value, educates your market, or sparks real conversation. We also follow the 3-touchpoint rule: at least three meaningful interactions before asking for anything. Social capital — built through consistent value — is what transforms cold contacts into warm conversations. By the time you reach out, it doesn't feel like a pitch. It feels like a natural next step.
What if I'm starting from scratch — low followers, stale profile?
+
Some of our best results come from executives who started with under 2,000 followers and a profile that hadn't been touched in years. Follower count matters far less than strategic positioning and consistent, high-quality content. The algorithm rewards quality over legacy. We've built inbound pipelines for clients who started at 300 connections.
How is this different from hiring a social media manager?
+
A social media manager posts content. This program builds a business development system. The difference: positioning strategy, a structured conversation engine, DM scripting for specific scenarios, pipeline attribution, and performance feedback loops — all oriented toward revenue, not reach. We're part strategist, part content team, part sales coach.
Is there a long-term contract?
+
No annual contracts. We ask for a minimum 90-day commitment to see meaningful results — not because we're protecting ourselves, but because authority takes time to compound and we want to deliver real outcomes. After 90 days, it's month-to-month. Our retention rate is high because the program generates outcomes — not because leaving is painful.
FOR FOUNDERS

Founder-specific questions.

Is this just for sales pipeline, or does it help with fundraising too?
+
Both. The program builds the kind of presence that attracts investors, strategic partners, recruits, and press — not just buyers. Founders in fundraising mode use it to warm up investors before formal outreach. The signal is the same: a visible founder = a credible company.
What if I'm a technical founder who hates writing?
+
That's the norm, not the exception. Most of our technical founders don't write — they talk. We extract your thinking in short structured sessions and handle the writing, editing, formatting, and publishing. You stay the author of the ideas; we handle the craft. Total monthly commitment stays around 2–3 hours.
THE SSI GUIDE

Social Selling Index questions, answered.

How do I check my SSI score?
+
Go to linkedin.com/sales/ssi while logged into LinkedIn. Your score is free to view and updates daily. You'll see your overall score plus a breakdown of each of the four pillars so you can see exactly where you're strong and where you have room to improve.
What is a good SSI score?
+
LinkedIn considers 70+ to be high. The industry average sits around 40–45. If you're above 70, you're outperforming most of your network and your industry. If you're below 50, there are significant gains available — typically within 60–90 days of a structured improvement effort.
Does SSI affect how LinkedIn ranks your content?
+
Yes, indirectly. A higher SSI correlates with a stronger network and more consistent engagement — both of which the LinkedIn algorithm uses to determine distribution. High-SSI accounts also tend to have more followers and better connection quality, which amplifies reach.
Can you game the SSI score?
+
Short answer: not sustainably. The score measures behaviors that also produce real business results — profile quality, connection quality, content engagement, and relationship building. You can juice individual metrics temporarily, but the pillars are designed to measure genuine activity. If you focus on moving the score through real behavior, the pipeline follows.
Do I need Sales Navigator to have a high SSI?
+
No. You can achieve a high SSI score with a free or Premium LinkedIn account. Sales Navigator helps — particularly for Pillar 2 (Finding the Right People) — but it's not required. The core behaviors that drive SSI are available on any LinkedIn plan.
